CFK Production Foreman/Forewoman

We are looking for a CFK Production Foreman/Forewoman to join our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the Head of Production.

You will be responsible for managing employees and steering the production processes assigned to your department, with the goal of achieving the assigned objectives: productivity (volumes and costs), quality KPIs, materials return, injury prevention, and health status.

You will be responsible for the following activities, through the coordination of TLs (Team Leaders: reference persons for blue-collar teams within the same production department):

• Production teams management and coordination (blue collars) within your department, supported by the Team Leaders, with the aim of achieving department objectives: Productivity, Quality, Materials return, Injuries prevention, Health status

• Daily support to TLs due to your hierarchical responsibility over blue collars

• Disciplinary leadership over production employees in your department

• Workforce organization within teams and re-organization in case of TLs’ absence

• Daily meetings with Team Leaders for alignment on production issues:

• Activities planning & organization
• Sharing of information and alignment
• Identification of problems and issues, discussing possible solutions • Awareness and knowledge of:
• Production flows, processes and products
• Company organization & procedures
• Risks connected to activities, equipment and tools used in your department
• Health management program
• Ideas management program
• LPS (Lamborghini Production System)

• People management:

• Definition of roles, activities and objectives within your teams
• Definition of timing and activity flows
• People management and development in terms of competences

About you

• University Degree

• Field: Automotive

• At least 5 years of experience in the same role

• Full proficiency in English and Italian; German is a plus but not mandatory

• Good standing

• Teamwork attitude

• Strong relational skills
