For Colombia, we refer to the following legal basis: In compliance with Colombian data protection regulation, we processed your personal data on the legal basis of your consent (Art. 9, of Colombia’s data protection law 1581 of 2012 and Art. 2.2.2.25.2.2. of Colombia’s data protection law reglementary Decree 1074 of 2015).

For Greece, we refer to the following legal basis: Art. 27 (“Processing of personal data in the context of employment relationships”) of Law 4624/2019.

For Mexico: All processing of personal data will be subject to the consent of the data owner except as otherwise provided by the LFPDPPP. Consent will be express when such is communicated verbally, in writing, by electronic or optical means or via any other technology, or by unmistakable indications. It will be understood that the data owner tacitly consents to the processing of his data when, once the privacy notice has been made available to him, he does not express objection. For the Republic of North Macedonia: We process your log files on the legal basis of Art. 10, paragraph 1, Alinea 6, of the North Macedonia Law on personal data protection, based on our legitimate interest in being able to display the website properly to you. For the personal registration on the Recruiting Website, the creation of a candidate profile and the related further processing, a contract is concluded in accordance with Article 10 (1), Alinea 2 of the North Macedonian Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
