Description

He/She contributes to ensuring the efficiency of the long-term rental and fleet management fleet through the affiliated network during the contractual period. Responsibilities include managing damage repair and maintenance services, monitoring the timing and costs of interventions. He/She liaises with repairers to resolve repair issues and report service disruptions in the assistance network. He/She supports internal clients on technical and service delivery issues. Additionally, He/she collaborates with the operations center to report disruptions in roadside assistance and ensure the expected service levels. He/she also evaluates contractual exclusions to be applied to customers.

Core business

•    Verify the actual fault of the car and the need for scheduled maintenance through remote documentation review.
•    Ensure the accuracy of cost estimates to confirm that service center quotes align with manufacturer guidelines and repair techniques.
•    Manage requests within specified timelines and provide repairers with authorization numbers for payment and invoice issuance.
•    Evaluate total loss scenarios for excessive cost and approve contract closure.
•    Determine and confirm the application of contractual exclusions.
•    Verify reimbursements for customer-prepaid costs.
•    Handle complaints within the assigned area of responsibility.
•    Report dealers not adhering to economic and service management conditions.
•    Authorize credit notes following justified disputes regarding repairs.
•    Exercise decision-making autonomy within specified timelines and according to the role, function, and profile assigned by the management.
•     Verify through remote documentation the actual damage of the car and perform cost estimation to ensure the correctness of the repair by verifying that the estimates prepared by the service centers, comply with the manufacturer's guidelines and repair techniques
•    Indicate the correct point of impact of damage sustained by vehicles, provide definition of penalties to be applied
•    Handling complaints related to the area of responsibility

Competences

•    Good understanding of bodywork repair techniques and execution times.
•    Ability to comprehend and generate repair quotes and cost estimates.
•    Good knowledge of key MS Office tools and estimation software.
•    Good understanding of mechanical repair techniques and execution times, coupled with energy, teamwork, and flexibility.
