Description

 

The Process Innovation Specialist covers the role of Local Process Map Officer (LPO)’s Deputy. He/She maintains VW Bank/ VW Leasing's Process Map, coordinating and supervising its periodic updating process and interfacing with Headquarter and other corporate stakeholders (Process Owners, Business Continuity Manager, IT Risk Officer, etc.).

 

He/She takes care of updating process flows and Business Roles (BR), as well as performs process analysis activities aimed at identifying possible optimization interventions (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate, etc.).

 

He/She coordinates the set up / update of a process in occasion of the implementation of a new requirement or due to the introduction of a new solution, engaging all the different stakeholders.

 

He/She plays the role of Office Focal Point in the area of Segregation of Duties (SoD), coordinating activities to identify and census conflicts within business processes.

 

He/She works for VW Bank (own company) as well as on behalf of VW Leasing, based on dedicated outsourcing agreements.

 

Role and duty – core business

 

  • Coordinate the periodic update process of the VW Bank/ VW Leasing’s Process Map (periodic updates and annual recertification), directly managing relations with Headquarters and other corporate stakeholders
  • Take care of updating the DB Processes within the Process Management tool Model-To-Go (M2Go)
  • Prepare periodic process-related reporting for Headquarter
  • Map and update business processes, through interviews with business users and analysis of internal documentation, and represent them in flowcharts using the M2Go tool
  • Support Process Owners in analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of process compliance and governance standards
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to assess the impact of changes
  • Design, document, and implement optimized business workflows and procedures
  • Gathering and analysis of candidatures for the automation of new processes
  • Coordinate the identification and census process of Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts identified within business processes, interfacing with VW Bank's Access Identity Management (AIM) Function
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process management

 

Competences

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g. M2GO, Visio, or similar)
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, improvement, or management
  • Full proficiency of English in both written and oral form
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced SAS Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Office 365, in particular Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to plan work
  • Project management
