Get, in quantity and quality, planned objectives in the allocated area increasing and developing valuable customer portfolio.

Represent Volkswagen Financial Services in the allocated area in B2B activity.

 

Roles and Duties – core business

 

  • He/She supports Direct Sales department in yearly objectives definition
  • He/She ensures direct activities on significant Customers and Prospects
  • He/She ensures well timed communications to Direct Sales department about monthly outcomes, forecasts, general reporting
  • He/She supports customer’s staff understanding needs and transferring them on VWFS back office structures
  • He/She grants a profitable relationship with significant customers account manager
  • He/She supports Volkswagen Group Italy’s fleet sales structure in order to create business synergies through well established relationships in particular with Brand’s Key Account Manager
  • He/She grants information collection about market, competitors and customers progress in order to support strategic sales plan definition
  • HE/She manages the relationship with the dealers both in terms of supplies and joint sales opportunities developed with the support of the most specialized dealers
  • He/She ensures the monitoring of the profitability of managed portfolio and the adoption of corrective measures to pursue the profitability objectives
  • He/She ensures the analysis of customer needs with a proactive and consultative approach

 

Competences

 

  • Deep knowledge of the car market and the long term rental sector
  • Deep knowledge of Volkswagen Leasing products and services and internal procedures
  • Deep knowledge of competitors’ products
  • Knwoledge of VW Leasing back office activities
  • Excellent knowledge of sales techniques in the B2B market
  • Knowledge of VWFS IT system for sales process and account management
