We are looking for a Taxes and State Aids to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the
Head of Tax&State Aids, Import/Export and Payroll.
You will be responsible for developing and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for the organization, ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
You will ensure timely and accurate tax provision and financial reporting, managing tax audits and other related inquiries from tax authorities.
Your main activities will be:
- Taxes and State Aids coordination for all tax /Aids matters of the Italian subsidiaries and requests respectively from Group and the Tax authorities
- centralized steering and monitoring of the Italian Tax Units (Group VAT and IRES) filing the Group Tax returns to Tax authorities, calculating the net tax position among the Group companies in Italy
- optimization of the tax rate (i.e. liquidity) of the Italian Group and leverage synergies within the Italian sub-group
- central tax Audit and Litigation Management, sharing the information and highlighting the risk among the Italian Group companies
- internal Advisor for Tax questions raised from the Italian Group companies (Local Tax Policy) and interface with the Global Tax Provider
- contact person for Group Companies for fiscal compliance and activities rendered in Italy
- tax calculation (IRES-IRAP) for year-end closure for Automobili Lamborghini and Officine del Futuro, filing the tax returns to the Tax Authorities
- managing and implementing M&A projects, related Due Diligence and contracts
- State Aids and Tax Benefit projects
- Buildings and Lands acquisition
- Contact person for local authorities (e.g.: financial audit)
About you
- University Degree in Economics (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field)
- At least 8 years of experience in Tax Management / Consultancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Dottore Commercialista)
- Proven expertise in implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and inquiries management
- Italian and English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
