We are looking for a QRK to join our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the Head of URUS Assembly.
You will be responsible to identify, coordinate and steer actions aimed at improving manufacturing activities methods in order to reduce product quality defects. You will actively participate in Quality Circles and cross-functional meetings, ensuring the integration of production activities, analyses and corrective actions to continuously enhance product quality.
You will be responsible to support and deliver:
- Daily analysis of issues emerging in assembly lines that impact product quality.
- Coordination and steering of people within production areas to solve product quality issues linked to assembly procedures, tasks, and methods, involving other departments when necessary.
- Gathering information about product defects and analyses coming from Quality or other departments during Quality Circles and cross-functional meetings.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of production and assembly processes and implementation of corrective actions.
- Tracking and monitoring corrective actions in production and assembly.
- Monitoring specific KPIs (Quality Index) defined by Quality and Production (ZP7 & QRK) to control product quality aspects and evaluate results of production actions.
- Monitoring KPIs related to safety-relevant and functional defects tracked through dynamic checklists certified by Production.
- Evaluating optimization impacts in terms of transformation costs and timing reduction.
Coordination of Quality Circles Activities
- Acting as the reference for assembly lines during Schandetisch meetings (Aesthetical, Functional, After Sales).
- Participation in Top Q reporting activities.
About you
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education
- Al least 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry and manufacturing environments
- Good knowledge of quality tools, methodologies and automotive production processes
- Full proficiency in Italian and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Teamworking and collaboration mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Professional attitude and good standing
