Description
We are looking for a Process Audit to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of QA Plant.
You will be responsible for planning and performing audits of Manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for reporting and presenting Audit results, support corrective actions’ definition and steering related effectiveness verification. You will be responsible to cooperate as part of the Audit Team to Process Release/Relocation of new products/projects. You will be responsible to support the check of notified Process issues escalated by Problem Solving rounds, Field notification or internal performance trends (i.e. Quick Audit) addressed to process/products.
Your main activities will be:
- Audit implementation on Manufacturing processes
- Highlights of process deviations rather Quality standards
- Actions/solutions’ identification support
- Procedures and process resources assessing
- Effectiveness verification of defined corrective actions
- Participate as member of Audit Team to Process Release Audit
- Participate as member of Audit Team to Relocation Audit and support the risk evaluation of any change to process, equipment and lay-out.
About you
- University Degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Management, Mechanical, Materials) or Technical degree
- 3-5 years’ experience, preferably within the Automotive industry or similarly complex manufacturing environments
- English and Italian knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- VDA 6.3 Auditor Certification
- Quality Systems knowledge (ISO 19011, IATF 16949, ISO9001)
- Automotive Quality Core Tools knowledge (e.g., SPC, MSA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D)
- Audit procedure
- Problem solving
- Analysis and accuracy
- Conflict management
- Self-confidence and ability to facilitate discussions

- Annual gross salary starting from € 43.300. The successful candidate’s placement and final offer will be determined by their experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
