Are you fresh graduated in a Master's degree in a technical engineering field, preferably in Environmental and Workplace Safety / Safety Engineering / Labor Consulting or related fields?
Do you speak fluent Italian, English and possibly German?
Do you have good organizational and communication skills?

We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Corporate Security team in our People, Culture & Organization Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.
The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
- Support in monitoring the compliance with the requirements of current legislation (e.g., Legislative Decree No. 81/2008) regarding the qualification of third-party contractors
- Support in drafting the Single Document for the Assessment of Interferential Risks (es. Italian DUVRI) for contracted activities
- Verification of the technical and professional suitability of third-party contractors
- Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and related internal company procedures
- Support in the implementation and formalization of internal documents and procedures related to workplace safety
- Management of the documentation requirements imposed on third-party contractors
- Support in managing non-conformities identified in third-party contractors and identifying the relevant corrective actions
In order to meet these targets, you will need:
- Fluent Italian and English, German will be a plus
- Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in technical engineering field, preferably in Environmental and Workplace Safety / Safety Engineering / Labor Consulting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (es. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical Skills
- Target oriented
- Proactive attitude
- Team working
- Good communication skills
- No University thesis project foreseen for this opportunity for confidentiality reasons
