We are looking for an Equipment Maintenance Foreman/Forewoman join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to Head of Technical Services.
You will be responsible of the process equipment availability (production & not production related) through the coordination of maintenance team (internal and externals). You will be responsible both for programmed/preventive actions then for prompt urgent interventions in case of failures, improvements, failure root analysis
- Coordination of maintenance activities, of both types:
programmed maintenance
- maintenance due to unexpected failures (urgent requests) ensuring a prompt action and resolution
- Maintenance schedule steering and implementation (preventive/planned/predictive maintenance) by coordinating operatively internal maintenance resources or external maintenance firms.
- Planning and performing specific checks: root causes definition and preparation /monitoring of action plans.
- Internal maintenance resources organization and steering (e.g. time shift, workload, priorities, training, coordination...).
- Relations with external maintenance firms and support during their intervention.
- Ensures spare parts and tools procurement in accordance with the Head of Technical services where needed.
- Keeping update about new technology, tools, machinery installation receiving training from Technology, Logistics and Infrastructure departments.
- Manage and steer the maintenance tasks during the company closure periods (included Saturday and Sunday).
- As Green team participant has the duty to propose and find solutions that have a positive effect on company environmental impact and energy consumption.
- Responsible of planning and executing the maintenance activities of equipment, which may have an impact on the environment in accordance.
About you
- University Degree in Engineering
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Technology, maintenance
- Full proficiency in English; German is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience across automotive, aerospace, and nautical fields
- Analysis and problem solving
