Description
The purpose of this role is to provide operational and strategic support to the Fleet Department, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and facilitating effective collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners. The position contributes to the execution of fleet strategies, supports financial and operational planning, and assists in managing projects and processes that enhance fleet performance and customer/partners satisfaction.
Role and duty – core business
- Provide support in the development of short-, mid-, and long-term fleet strategies aligned with corporate objectives, assisting in translating strategic goals into actionable business plans and initiatives.
- Contribute to the implementation of fleet strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Support sales and financial planning activities, including forecasting and budgeting for fleet operations.
- Prepare scenario analyses to inform and guide strategic decision-making processes
- Assist in the coordination and execution of strategic projects aimed at enhancing fleet performance and customer/partner satisfaction monitoring project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support regular communication and joint planning sessions with all business partners to foster collaboration and shared goals
Daily business
- Act as the primary contact with HQ ensuring alignment and support
- Serve as the preferred contact for internal departments regarding non-sales activities and operational matters.
- Coordinate with VGI and Brands on topics such as Exchange, Sales Performance, and tactical initiatives.
- Monitor sales operations and spending to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage Fleet Department communications and oversee corporate channel activities.
- Administer CRM tools
