Brief Role Description
Asegurar y mejorar la disponibilidad y funcionalidad de las plataformas tecnológicas que soportan los procesos de negocio y generar proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de las aplicaciones, con base en la normatividad y políticas internas, políticas de consorcio y políticas de las entidades regulatorias, para cumplir con las metas del negocio y las expectativas de los clientes internos y externos.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Asegurar la disponibilidad y operación de las aplicaciones que soportan los procesos de las compañías Volkswagen Bank, Volkswagen Leasing, Volkswagen Servicios y Volkswagen Insurance Brokers.
- Coordinar recursos, esfuerzos y actividades para garantizar la continuidad operativa, resolviendo incidentes y requerimientos de los clientes internos.
- Impulsar y ejecutar iniciativas de mejora continua y optimización de aplicaciones.
- Mantener actualizada la documentación, manuales operativos y base de conocimiento de las aplicaciones.
- Dar seguimiento a métricas, indicadores y requerimientos de control interno con los proveedores.
Qualification requirements
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Industrial, Informática, Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología o similares.
- Deseable Certificación en ITIL y en CoBit
- Dominio de idioma: Inglés B2
- Mínimo 5 años en la implementación de sistemas.
- Mínimo 5 años de conocimiento y experiencia en conceptos BI.
- Mínimo 3 años de conocimiento y experiencia en MS SQL.
- Mínimo 3 años de conocimiento y experiencia en T24 de TEMENOS.
- Experiencia en operación del proceso SPEI®
- Conocimiento avanzado en ITIL.
- Conocimiento avanzado en al menos uno de los módulos / soluciones de SAP (CRM, FI, CO, SD, Business Warehouse, LAM, ITS, ABAP/4 / Basis).
