Brief Role Description
Manage and administer the tasks and operations of the Infrastructure, Operations, Cloud Operations, IT Security Operations and Technologies team in the work areas, through the observation of the best practices in the industry and based on the key indicators determined, as well as the management of infrastructure and services; adhering to the laws established by the authorities and guidelines of the Group, to guarantee the continuous operation of the business and an up-to-date, reliable and sustainable physical, virtual and cloud infrastructure with an adequate SLA
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Planning, operation and continuous improvement of technological infrastructure and IT services, including communication channels, workplace technologies, IT security and cloud operations, complying with the guidelines of the consortium, headquarters and authorities. This includes the planning and implementation of changes and new services, ensuring continuous availability, sustainability, cost control (TCO), quality of service and satisfaction of internal and/or external customers, as well as the correct execution of the production processes agreed with the business areas.
- Coordination, control and operational documentation, ensuring the timely updating of information on projects and changes, operation manuals, internal processes and computer and telecommunications inventories, in accordance with policies, contracts with suppliers and service levels. Likewise, guarantee the generation of Internal Control reports and indicators of the IT area to ensure compliance, quality and continuous operation of critical processes.
- Cloud Operations Management (AWS) in coordination with NAR Hub and Headquarters, including activity planning, definition of standards and new services, security, compliance and cost monitoring through tools such as Cloud Health, and scheduling of cloud team workloads, aligned with the global planning and needs of the North American region, driving the Company's operational excellence
Qualification requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Systems Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Science.
- Relevant master's degree or certification in IT frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO27001
- Language proficiency: English B2
- Minimum 7 years managing multidisciplinary teams related to IT Operations / IT Security.
- Minimum 7 years in administration and management of Infrastructure and IT Operations in General.
- Minimum 7 years in administration and management of Infrastructure in Workplace Technologies.
- Minimum 7 years in administration and operations management in the AWS Cloud.
- Minimum 7 years in administration and management of IT Infrastructure service providers.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems implementation, solution design, consulting and management of IT Infrastructure projects
- Competence in the management of work teams managing operating systems, Wintel technologies, Servers, Virtualization, Backups and Storage.
- Knowledge and Competence in the management of work teams handling the principles of networks and applications/technologies (e.g. TCP/UDP protocols, iSCSI SERVICES, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and L2 vs. L2 networks. L3, network architecture, VLAN.
- Understanding of backup, data protection, and disaster recovery concepts.
- Experience with public, private, and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Knowledge and Competence in the management of work teams managing LAN network systems, WAN, MAN, Network Security, Telecom Structured Cabling, PBX, WLAN technologies, Network Security, Cloud Infrastructure,
- Knowledge and Competence in the management of work teams related to Information Security operations such as Antivirus, End Point Protection, Client Security, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management.
- Knowledge and Competence in the management of work teams related to operations of workplace technologies (Licensing, Asset Management, Collaboration Technologies, SharePoint, Management Consoles, Mobile Device Management).
