In this role, you will:

Be part of the team at VWFS Porto and act as the connection between the Integration team and Germany.

Main responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements of stakeholders

• Communicate/translate business requirements into technical requirements for the development team

• Integrate the needs of different stakeholders to produce an overall solution

• Design suitable solutions together with business & engineering team

• Service roll out into different markets and different use cases

• Manage the product backlog, planning and deliverables within sprints

• Project management: plan & track project timeline, ensure deliverables delivered with committed quality and on time

• Create reports and dashboards inclunding management update

• Document and present project findings and results

• Identify and define opportunity for improvement

• Service support including issue support, troubleshooting and bugfixing

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

• Degree in an IT or related subject on bachelor’s or master’s level.

• Good knowledge of requirements engineering.

• Experience in AWS and microservices development.

• In depth knowledge of the business&product: become the go to person for the team and Stakeholders.

• Flexible and adaptable to new and changing requirements.

• Knowledge of different tools and techniques (Jira&Confluence, Postman, Draw.io, DataDog etc.).

• Understanding of networks, databases and good knowledge about API.

• Experience in working in agile software development.

• Communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence stakeholders and the team.

• Analytical and critical thinking.

• Proven very good knowledge of English.

• Knowledge in authentication, identification and/or digital signature (plus).
