Role Description
The Remarketing Logistics Specialist - NAR is responsible for managing the logistics of our off-lease, repo, buyback, company car, special program accounts and post-sale Remarketing operations for the North American region. The position monitors data flows between internal and external systems, ensures transportation is completed in a timely manner and validates that auction assignments are processed according to program rules and service level agreements. The role is also responsible for daily functions including problem pickup resolution, aged inventory investigation, auction inventory and condition report management, and physical auction post-sale administration and auditing.
Temporary Assignment Contract: 9 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that vehicles are transported as per the Service Level Agreements, vehicles are sold as per departmental targets, and funds are received promptly from auction sales.
- Responsible for reconciling physical auction sales and performing regular audits to ensure corporate audit standards are followed.
- Management of post sales documents and transport damage claims.
- Daily management of Buyback transportation portfolio.
- Daily management of repo transportation and repo key ordering.
- Manages Auction assignment rules.
- Completion of State audits for Vendor Service Level agreements to ensure rates are followed.
Qualifications
Experience
- 1 year in a Business Operations Related role
- 3 years in a professional automotive environment

- College Diploma or University degree

Internal Grade: Grade 6
Salary range is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications. The salary range for this role is $62,400 - $77,000. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and internal compensation practices.
