Mobility Products Specialist - sede Trento
Description
The main areas of activities are: new products and services delivery, existing Products management, Car data maintenance in First.
New products and services delivery
- He/She collects the requests from external sources as Brands, Network, HQs, through our internal sales (Brand Managers, Sales Department) or from internal Departments or Management – about new products, variations, modifications, other initiatives.
- By supporting the Manager in analyzing, developing and showing concepts and features for each product in his area of competence,
- He/She contributes to present arguments and studies to Company in order to evaluate both worthiness and feasibility.
- He/She is responsible of achieving the creation of new Mobility products and/or Services or optimization of existing ones, by defining contents, developing appropriate Business Cases with Pricing and Controlling, changing processes and system involving operational offices and IT;
- He/She takes into consideration legal aspects and coordinates with Sales and Digital&Direct training program and communication plan.
- He/she is in charge of NPP process and Connect (LTR Product).
Existing Products management
- He/She cooperates with Brand Management and Controlling in order evaluate the profitability and feasibility of promotional campaigns or actions;
- He/She cooperates with Brand Management in launching the campaign (LOI with brand, “circolare” to dealer network…)
- He/She manage and make effective the promotional campaigns in First (terms, validity, sales channel…)
- He/She create and update services/products codes in First in cooperation with Pricing
- He/She cooperates with Legal and operational offices in order to change/set processes to support initiatives
- He/She reviews and update standard Contract and derogations
- He/she manage product catalogues in First according with Brand Manager and Sales request (by channel, by group, by Brand…)
- He/She supports Retail and Sales Channel with information about products, services, promo
- He/She manage Employee product and update the car list quarterly
Car data maintenance in First
- He/She guarantees the correctness and the completeness of the vehicle database and the car specifications in First by monitoring the processes and managing the external service provider
- He/She receives from Residual Values information of Neutral RV change and make them effective in the system
- He/She receives from Brand Manager/Vendor Management the communication of the change of the discounts to be applied to the models and keep them updated in First
- He/She manages in the system First “Strategic RV” according with Brand Manager and Controlling
- He/She manages the budget of tacticals assigned to Marketing, analyzing with Brand Manager the most effective application and constantly monitoring the spending
Role and duty – core business
He/She works on:
- Development of new Mobility products & services in a logic of integration in the existing product catalog according to the Group Brand products/initiatives and strategies;
- Maintenance and modifications of existing products, in relationship with all the suppliers;
- Maintenance of car data (car specifications, list prices, discount, residual value…)
- Promotional campaigns management
- Definition of processes and procedures and relative implementations;
- General focal point for all Departments and stakeholders for LTR products and quotations
Competences
- At leat 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (in Automotive area)
- Knowledge of Marketing issues
- Knowledge of Automotive market and mobility trends
- Knowledge of basic financial maths and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of product lifecycle
- Knowledge of main office automation tools (in particular, Excel, SAS, Powerpoint)
