Description

 

He/She provides support in the following areas:

  • backoffice activities related to the maintenance and care of the building and offices, in compliance with workplace safety legislations and occupational medicine and backoffice activities related to the company fleet
  • management of the company facilities and logistic activities for the business operation, in accordance with local regulations and best market conditions.

 

Role and duty - core business

 

He/She provides support to the following activities:

  • Prepare and monitor the documentation related to maintenance and repair work and assist with the purchase process
  • Assist  to ensure compliance with state regulations
  • Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team and supervise the department’s mailbox
  • Ensure acquisition and management of stocks, supplies and printed material
  • Ensure receipt and dispatch correspondence services to all departments
  • Manage electronical and physical documents f low, to and from archive
  • Ensure safety amount storage made by credit collection or customer relations
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices and statistic reports

  • Knowledge of facility and general management workflow and safety precautions related to facilities management
  • Supplier management

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Knowledge of the main software application
