Brief Role Description

Employees who in their role as business partner manager IT act as a central contact for the respective services within their own area of responsibility vis-à-vis interface partners (departments, committees, projects, companies).

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Supporting the definition of our domain-wide rollout roadmap for standard processes
• Focus on delivering standard requirements in a complex environment
• Responsible for defining design standards for future documents (ARIS or similar)
• Provide benchmarks, best practice, sparring and knowledge transfer to several teams
• Participation in multiple projects simultaneously
• In the incident management process, you need to be responsible for monitor incident process, support internal teams and support the IT service provider.
• In the problem management process, you need to support the internal team and all the problem process they may have.
• Support business regarding IT problems and doubts.
• Support Application Landscape management and information security system process.

Qualification requirements

• Previous experience of 1 year in similar positions, like Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Support Application.
• Demonstrated Financial experience (Automotive), Retail, Wholesale and Renting ( a distinct advantage ); Insurance & Services.
• University degree in Information Technology Management or Computer Science or a comparable degree.
• Process Oriented.
• Team Oriented Skills.
• Native Portuguese, proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of ISO quality Standards related to ITC&BPM activities.
• Profound Knowledge of MS Office.
• Profound Knowledge of creating complex calculations in tools like Excel, MS Acces.
• Knowledge in SQL and will be an advantage knowledge in C#.
• Speaks & writes English fluently
