Brief Role Description

VWFS IH-ID provides scalable digital retail frontends and portal applications to VWFS markets worldwide driving and realizing economies of scale directly from our locations in Braunschweig and Berlin. Product Operations team in IH-IDC enables coordination of incident and problem management processes concerning VW FS cloud services applications by proactively coordinating and managing processes about stability and resilience (like incident management, problem management, availability management etc.) of VW FS Omni-Channel & CRM applications. By being the bridge between Digital teams and the AMS teams and ensuring up to date documentation and by defining and tracking systematic review of incident and problem handling including improvement action definition.

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Onboarding of new applications to AMS support
• Checking and coordinating with the 3LS application teams, the readiness for a successful onboarding of applications for incident management process (like ITSM tool readiness, application document checks, coordinating CMDB entries etc.)
• Consolidating, customising and optimising the monthly Incident report which is made available every month to the leadership and 3LS teams
• Operations documentation support (keeping documents, Confluence pages and other documentation up-to-date)
• Access management and Onboarding (onboarding of new 2LS agents to the tools, or new users)

Qualification requirements

• You are a student (m/f/d) in IT
• You have familiarity or willing to learn about ITIL processes
• You are familiar working with MS-Office products (like Excel, ppt)
• You can build up reports and able to derive outcomes for Incident Management report (faimilarity in building complex formulas by using Excel)
• Familiarity with HTML and Javascript is preferred
• Capability in driving the conversations both in English and in German languages (min level of B2)
