Brief Role Description
Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) guides and enables the organization in implementing its corporate strategy by providing a holistic architectural view. The team delivers standards, reference architectures, governance, tools, and transparency, ensuring efficient IT spending, compliance, and strategic alignment across all markets and domains.
This role provides hands‑on experience in enterprise architecture governance, documentation, modeling, and tooling within a global financial services environment.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Maintain and update architectural artifacts
- Assist in preparing architectural decision papers, overviews, and impact assessments
- Support the documentation architecture using EAM tools (e.g., LeanIX)
- Assist the EAM team in architecture related inputs for global initiatives and market projects for internal processes
- Support market coordination activities by preparing summaries and reports
- Help track compliance to architecture principles and standards
- Coordinate with markets and internal stakeholders to gather required inputs
- Support creation of presentations, one‑pagers, and communication materials
- Support in maintenance of internal documentation and team information
- Participate in regular team exchanges, aligning with the EAM governance framework
Qualification requirements
- You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d)
- High motivation and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in a multicultural environment
- Interest in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or digital transformation
- Languages: English and German
- Working proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Ideally, you will be available promptly for a period of at least 6 months.
