Possible Tasks within this Role

To ensure the maintenance and proper condition of the enterprise.

To participate in the development of maintenance and major repair plans for fixed assets (buildings, water supply systems, air pipelines and other structures).

To organise the repair of premises.

Monitor the safety and timely repair of furniture, domestic equipment, and automation and mechanisation equipment used in engineering and administrative work.

Carry out landscaping, gardening and cleaning of the enterprise’s premises and the surrounding area.
Qualification requirements
- Secondary technical or higher education.
- Electrical safety category II.
- Experience of working with electrical and heating networks.
- Category ‘B’ driving licence.
