Brief Role Description
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Drive the implementation of IT projects, changes, and initiatives in alignment with business priorities and the approved project portfolio.
- Coordinate collaboration between business units, internal IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable tasks for IT teams.
- Ensure efficient processing of user requests (incidents, service requests, changes) in line with defined SLAs, including tracking and resolution.
- Monitor system performance and ensure stable operation of key business systems, including proactive issue identification.
- Support and oversee system integrations (APIs, data exchange), participate in testing activities, and contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and documentation.
Qualification requirements
- 2+ years of experience in roles such as IT Coordinator, IT Support (L2) or similar.
- Experience working with multiple systems and integrations (ERP, CRM, document management systems, APIs).
- Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL principles are a plus).
- Basic technical understanding of APIs (REST), system integrations, and client-server architecture.
- Ability to read and analyze system logs, to identify root cause of issues
- Experience with ticketing and collaboration tools (Jira, Service Desk, Confluence, or similar).
- Ability to work with business requirements: gathering, structuring, and translating into tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with incidents under time pressure.
- Experience in testing (functional/UAT) is desirable.
- Experience working with external vendors and managing dependencies between stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and a proactive approach.
- Experience in financial services, leasing, or automotive industry would be a significant advantage.
