Regional Manager Aftersales
Porsche Ukraine LLC, a subsidiary of Porsche Holding Salzburg, is an importer of Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Audi, SEAT and CUPRA brands. The company imports cars and spare parts to Ukraine, sells products of the Group's brands and provides warranty and service services through an authorised dealer network in accordance with international Volkswagen standards.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Overseeing and supporting aftersales operations at regional dealerships.
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing KPIs and implementing improvement measures.
- Conducting audits and developing the dealer network.
- Coordinating the rollout of new service programs and brand standards.
Qualification requirements
- University degree (preferably technical or economical).
- Upper intermediate English.
- Driver's license category „B“.
- Advanced PC user (MS Office).
- Experience in aftersales is an advantage.
