PFG Ukraine provides financial, operating leasing, car loans, insurance and fleet management for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, Porsche, Skoda and MAN.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Support of IT asset management: participation in conducting inventory of hardware and software, maintaining accurate records in the IT Asset Management system, and tracking the lifecycle of devices.
- Participation in the provisioning of new devices - preparation, configuration, issuance to users, and proper documentation of handover.
- Building and optimizing business processes with Power Apps: transforming recurring manual user workflows into automated and streamlined solutions using Microsoft 365 tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms).
- Gathering and analyzing user requirements for automation, describing existing workflows, and proposing improvements.
- Preparing technical documentation, user instructions, and process diagrams (workflows, flowcharts) for both asset management and automated solutions.
- Basic user support: checking the status of devices and services, recording issues, and forwarding them to the responsible specialists.
- Participation in internal IT projects, including data preparation, simple research, and testing of implemented solutions.
Qualification requirements
- Fundamental understanding of IT systems and infrastructure (hardware, devices, networks) and willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
- Practical interest in low-code/no-code automation and a desire to learn Power Apps and Power Automate (prior experience is a plus).
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Forms etc.).
- Ability to work with data, identify inconsistencies, and accurately document findings.
- Strong skills in preparing clear technical documentation, instructions, and structured reports.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research issues and summarize information.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above for communication and documentation within an international environment.
