Porsche Ukraine LLC, a subsidiary of Porsche Holding Salzburg, is an importer of Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Audi, SEAT and CUPRA brands. The company imports cars and spare parts to Ukraine, sells products of the Group's brands and provides warranty and service services through an authorised dealer network in accordance with international Volkswagen standards.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Providing technical support to users (1st and 2nd line support).
- Configuring and maintaining workstations, laptops and peripheral equipment.
- Administering user accounts, email services and corporate systems.
- Installing and updating software.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical faults.
- Liaising with service providers and escalating complex incidents.
- Maintaining technical documentation and keeping records of IT equipment.
Qualification requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and TCP/IP networks.
- An understanding of how Active Directory works would be an advantage.
- Experience of working with helpdesk systems.
- Good communication skills, a sense of responsibility and a service-oriented approach.
