PFG Ukraine provides financial, operating leasing, car loans, insurance and fleet management for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, Porsche, Skoda and MAN.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the department.
- Collecting, analysing and processing information received from official dealers.
- Submitting proposals regarding financing conditions.
- Actively participating in the preparation of documents within the competence of the Head of Dealer Care Centre (DCC), and preparing all necessary documents for signature by the Company’s management.
- Controlling incoming invoices from dealers and the vehicle payment process.
- Preparing reports and task lists, continuously monitoring task completion and the results of the department employees’ work.
- Ensuring cooperation and representing the Company in relations with dealers, public and private bodies, institutions, organisations and other counterparties, partners and clients of the Company.
- Ensuring, coordinating and controlling the participation of DCC employees in the preparation of documents on matters within the DCC’s competence, including documents for signature by the Company’s management.
- Ensuring the proper application of labour legislation in relations with DCC employees.
- Administering the preparation of new departmental procedures and the continuous updating of existing procedures.
- Providing methodological management of the department and its employees, and supporting structural units on operational matters.
- Actively participating in negotiations with dealers, partners and counterparties of the Company.
- Developing and submitting to the Head of Client Service ideas and proposals for improving the DCC’s internal processes, including cooperation with dealers.
- Analysing and improving the department’s existing business processes, with a focus on automation, increased operational efficiency and transition to electronic document flow.
- Improving the efficiency of the DCC and the Company as a whole.
- Identifying, before establishing and during business relations with a client, the risks of such relations and indicators of suspicious financial transactions; forming a conclusion on the risk level and whether a transaction is suspicious; and reporting this to management and the employee responsible for financial monitoring in accordance with internal documents.
- Performing any other professional tasks or projects assigned by the Head of Client Service.
Qualification requirements
- Specialist or master university degree.
- Foreign language competence – English (intermediate level).
