PFG Ukraine provides financial, operating leasing, car loans, insurance and fleet management for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, Porsche, Skoda and MAN.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Coordination and maintenance of debt collection procedures (leasing /credit contracts), control of KPIs.
- Coordination, monitoring and analysis of clients' portfolio payment discipline.
- Coordination and implementation of measures for settlement of overdue debts.
- Written|verbal contacts with clients (soft collection).
- Cooperation with collection agencies (hard collection support).
- Optimization and automatization of processes.
Qualification requirements
- Higher education.
- Analytical mindset.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Working experience in debt collection min 5 years.
- Knowledge of legal basics.
- Experienced IT user – CRM systems, MS Excel.
