Are you enrolled/fresh graduated in a master’s degree in Industrial, Management, Mechanical Engineering or related fields?
Do you speak fluent English, Italian and possibly German?
Do you have good organizational and communication skills?

We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Production Methods & Systems Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.
The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
- Developing production layouts and intralogistics flows using 2D and 3D CAD software
- Analyzing production processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, ergonomics, and material handling
- Supporting the optimization of internal logistics and material flow systems
- Actively participating in production workshops (Production Process Preparation, Kaizen, 5S, process mapping) alongside the team
In order to meet these targets, you will need:
- Fluent English and Italian, German will be a plus
- Enrollment/Fresh graduation in a Master’s degree in Industrial, Management, Mechanical or similar Engineering programs
- Strong experience of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and/or Visio is a plus).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Target-oriented and proactive mindset
- Team-working attitude with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in Process Digitalization, Lean Manufacturing, process optimization and production technologies
