Extracurricular Internship in Engine Development
Are you enrolled/fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields?
Do you speak fluent English, Italian and possibly German?
Do you have good organizational and communication skills?
Are you eager to learn?
We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Research & Development Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.
The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
- Help prepare technical documentation, test reports and presentations for internal reviews, motorsport authorities and customers
- Create and update 2D/3D CAD models (CATIA V5/V6) of engine components, focusing on detail refinement, packaging checks and manufacturing feasibility
- Manage CAD data within PLM systems
- Create and maintain powertrain assembly procedures
- Support the development of simple Android/iOS tools for engine anti‑tampering management and component traceability
- Provide technical support in the test bench and engine assembly areas (anomalies, assembly issues)
- Perform analysis on engine components (new and end‑of‑life)
In order to meet these targets, you will need:
- Fluent English and Italian, German will be a plus
- Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields (no thesis project foreseen for this opportunity)
