Internship in Compliance

Are you enrolled/fresh graduated in a Master’s degree in Law or related fields?

Do you speak fluent English, Italian and possibly German?

Do you have good organizational and communication skills?

We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Compliance Office at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

• Reputational checks on third parties: conducting in‑depth due diligence on individuals or entities with whom Lamborghini may establish business relationships
• Implementation of the guideline for external engagement, ensuring alignment with Italian law and Group requirements
• Analysis of new regulations and legislative developments
• Updating and preparing training materials for compliance training programs
• Updating the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001

In order to meet these targets, you will need:

• Fluent English, Italian and German will be a plus
• Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master’s degree in Law or related fields
• Analytical Skills
• Target oriented
• Proactive attitude
• Team working
• Good communication skills
