Brief Role Description
This position is a career level 20P and is located in Reston, VA with a role classification of Hybrid.
- Oversee HQ validation process and steer new vehicle market entry from a technical point of view
- Receive, review and approve all technical support requests from dealer net
- Support dealer net in fault finding process
- Document all support activities accurately in LIASS
- Receive, review technical goodwill requests
- Establish and update region relevant After Sales procedures
- Monitor dealer workshop service level and report deficits
Possible Tasks within this Role
Vehicle validation process – 50% of time spent
Goal: Follow validation process
- Follow the new vehicle validation process at Lamborghini SPA and collect relevant information from R&D, Logistics, Production, Quality and Commercial to steer a successful market entry
- Communicate market specific requirements and changes
- Manage specific technical aspects of launch vehicles during market entry and report to relevant departments at Lamborghini SPA
- Establish time frame and measurements for launch period
- Participate in all launch dynamic launch events and provide detailed reporting
Helpline Management – 30% of time spent
Goal: Timely processing of dealer requests via LIASS system
- Support authorized assigned Lamborghini dealers to diagnose vehicles in order to minimize car down time and accelerate repairs that are compliant with Lamborghini warranty policies and processes
- Complete analysis of causes for product quality and improvements
- Oversee technical goodwill requests
Legal Case Support – 10% of time
Goal: Technical case support given to parties involved
- Prevent and support legal cases/customer complaints from a technical perspective
- Monitor and assess dealer technical readiness and repair quality
Training – 10% of time
Goal: Stay up to speed with current technologies
- Stay abreast of the technology of existing and upcoming Lamborghini vehicles
- Participate in all available training modules
Qualification requirements
7 - 10 years Automotive Experience
Education

- Automotive Technical Degree

Compensation Data
Salary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.
In the state of Virginia, the salary range is $111,000 - $178,700.
