Brief role description

The Head of the Energy & Media Center is responsible for the strategic, operational, and technical management of all energy generation, distribution, and critical utility systems within the automotive manufacturing plant. This role ensures reliable, efficient, and sustainable supply of all required media—including electricity, compressed air, water, industrial heat, cooling, gases, combustian liquids and other technical utilities—supporting uninterrupted production across the entire facility.

Possible Tasks within this role

As Head of the Energy & Media Center, you ensure reliable and efficient supply of all plant utilities, oversee the operation and maintenance of central energy systems, drive energy efficiency and sustainability, manage budgets and infrastructure investment projects, lead and develop your team, ensure safety and compliance, handle incidents to maintain stable production and asure the compliance of environmental regulations.

Qualifications and competencies

Background in energy engineering, industrial utilities, mechanical or electrical engineering, or related fields Expertise in energy systems (HV/MV electrical, compressed air, cooling, heating, gas, water) and plant infrastructure Background in Waste Management, circular economy
