Brief Role Description

Company members who bear management responsibility based on their acquired leadership authority and who lead employees of the Job Family "Manufacturing" administratively, independently of role or hierarchical level and who specify tasks to achieve organizational objectives. Relation to leadership levels such as Manager might apply.

Possible Tasks within this Role

›Ensuring that the Q5 product is painted in the paint shop area within the overall objective of M/G-MP from the point of view of economic efficiency (budget, personnel), environmental protection and occupational safety, in the required quality and effectiveness (quantity and time).
›Ensuring the org. Availability and participation in maintaining the technical availability of the production facilities in the M/G-MP3 area.
›Ensure that quality and functional deviations are detected, analyzed and corrected.
›Monitoring Risk management for the area of responsibility
›Determination and tracking of target values with the group leaders of the subordinate management divisions within the framework of the M/G-MP Audi México objective as well as initiation of appropriate measures in the event of deviations.
›Continuous optimization of plants and systems to increase quality and productivity in connection with the tangential areas.
›Participation in product and process design as part of the product development process, together with the responsible planning departments.
›Implementation of the QMS (Quality Management System) Audi México and maintenance of the associated documents and records for the
›Field of responsibility.
›Implementation of the paint shop strategy in the area of responsibility
›Compliance with and implementation of all standards of the production system within the framework of APS
›Ensuring the delivery quality of internal and external suppliers in direct communication with the process partners
›Ensuring the legal requirements for environmental protection in the area of responsibility in direct contact with authorities
›Ensuring the surface quality of the vehicles handed in from the paint shop (according to ZP5a)

Indutrial Engineering degree or related field.

Knowledge of KPI's

Knowledge of painting processes: Desirable.

English: B2 level.

German: Desirable.

Experience in the automotive industry.
