Brief Role Description
Manager Quality Assurance, responsible for Measuring Room
Possible Tasks within this Role
›Determination, control and monitoring of strategic and operational quality objectives in the area of responsibility
›Initiation of appropriate measures in the event of deviations within the framework of the existing error correction processes (FAP pre-series / FAP Plant/ FAP Field) with the involvement of the departments concerned.
›Further development of the Meisterbock Quality Assurance Department in line with the corporate strategy, GQ strategy and strategy GQ plants according to the requirements through product innovations and use of new technologies.
›Planning and determining staffing requirements, budget, and investment programs for the Meisterbock Area
›Control and monitoring of series quality dimensional accuracy for press shop and body construction (series measurement technology)
›Disciplinary management of the employees of the OE
›Participation in the release of preseries, series and model maintenance, as well as specific specifications of the car
›Initiation of appropriate measures in the event of deviations within the framework of the existing processes and escalation.
›(quality discussion at the Meisterbock, status discussion on quality, sampling discussions) and with the involvement of all affected Departments at Audi Mexico.
Qualification requirements
Min. 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
Knowledge of ISO 9001 ff and other quality systems
Experience in measurement systems, measurement of car bodies and parts
Experience in leading teams of technicians, management skills
Fluent English, German desireable
Good presentation skills
