The Retail Analytics & Operations Specialist serves as the core operational and analytics role within the Retail Strategy & Performance team, overseeing the intersection of data integrity, operational governance, and process innovation. This role manages the full lifecycle of retail insights - from data onboarding and maintenance to delivering strategic business intelligence through standardized dashboards and internal consulting. This role will also leverage advanced data analytics techniques, where appropriate, to enhance retail performance insights and support strategic decision‑making.
Possible Tasks within this Role
Data Management & Retail Insights – 65% of time
- Lead data management and maintenance
- Oversee the lifecycle and validation of retail network data to ensure accuracy and availability for decision ready reporting
- Responsibility for accurate dealer financial statement data in both vendor and internal systems
- Management of dealer financial statement data validation and validation process improvements
- Development of retail performance dashboards
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders
- Management of Department KPIs
AI & Process Automation Workflows – 25% of time
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows by integrating existing tools, data sources, and automation platforms
- Identify and implement automation for existing and new workflows and processes
Department Administration & Special Projects – 10% of time
- Provide operational and governance support to ensure departmental compliance, financial control, and execution efficiency
- Department Budget administration; facilitate and manage budget reconciliations for department
- Quality Administration (QMS) and internal audit management
- Responsibility for department purchasing administration
- Support Department Director and other department managers with ad-hoc project support

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Field or Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or Data Science
