Brief Role Description
This position is a career level 20P and is located in Reston, VA with a role classification of Hybrid.
Enabling a premium digital experience for customers throughout their shopping journey with Audi and the ability to purchase Audi vehicles and products will be key for the future success of our organization.
Customer Experience on Audi Brand and Dealer websites is the primary focus of this role, with the aim to deliver and maintain a stellar Digital ecosystem for external and internal customers. The fundamental responsibility of this role is to drive online and in-person Sales for the Audi brand and Audi dealerships across the North American market. The features curated, created, and maintained under this role will also be incorporated into the Audi Global Digital experience, further entrenching Audi NAR as a global collaborator and provider for Digital Shopping experiences across all markets.
This role will be to lead a cross functional team to of internal and agency resources to ensure that the seamless customer journey is developed and deployed in concert with our Global partners at AG. This requires the management of different parties and vendors. The position involves coordination amongst internal stakeholders, global stakeholders (AUDI AG), and agency partners.
Possible Tasks within this Role
Product Ownership & Delivery: 40%
- Lead the co-development between North American (AoA, ACI) and Global (AUDI AG) for Web, with a specific emphasis on the critical and complex inventory product that drives lead conversion
- Lead the digital product team to develop web products that can be utilized by all Audi markets across the Globe
- Influence management of the other web shopping experience Product Owners on the team, offering peer coaching and subject matter expertise
- Collaboration with Audi AG, internal Marketing, internal Incentives & Planning, internal Legal, and Sales Ops teams on all aspects of customer journey to deliver a premium Tierless experience
- Management of agency relationships that support all development efforts for Product delivery across audi.ca, audiusa.com and oneAudi Digital Dealership (oADD) dealer websites
Strategy: 40%
- Lead the North American Region (AoA & ACI) teams in the web shopping strategy together with AUDI AG to become best in class
- Work with AUDI AG and strategic partners to define the web ecosystem with an additional focus on inventory and shopping tools to provide the premium customer experience desired
- Analyze all available market research opportunities to support ecosystem strategy development
- Evaluate engagement metrics within the ecosystem to identify opportunities to personalize the customer experience
Cross-Functional Collaboration: 20%
- Partner with Audi Sales Operations to make proactive optimizations to the website to drive conversions
- Drive cohesion across Audi Digital and the various Audi Business departments
- Research and compile user input and market trends to define product requirements
- Work within an Agile compliant framework and collaborate with partners/business owners to convert business strategies and priorities into tangible business requirements, prototypes, design concepts, and feasible product roadmaps
- Understanding business implications of decisions to align work with strategic goals
- Review, analyze and prioritize Voice of the Customer feedback to incorporate in user stories
- Guide development teams to produce creative solutions that deliver results by connecting them to the business teams and product vision
- Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure completion of the product iterations on schedule and within budget
- Facilitate interdepartmental product owner meetings to enable sharing of agile best practices and peer coaching opportunities
Qualification requirements
7+ years of related experience in web and mobile digital strategic development, with an emphasis in scrum and/or agile product leadership
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
