This position is a career level 20P with a role classification of Fully Remote.

 

The Learning Technology Specialist Sr. is responsible for the development of learning technology solutions and quality standards that serve the Audi dealer network.  This role serves as the primary administrator for the Audi Training learning management system as well as a variety of systems and applications that support enhanced dealer learning and performance. The Learning Technology Specialist Sr. also supports the Shared Services function by developing annual learning programs and certification milestones for Audi Training.

Learning Technology Management and Support – 65% of time

 

  • Lead the development of the Dealer Learning Management System, engaging with stakeholders across the company to ensure best in class user experience and functionality.
  • Plan, strategize & develop learning technology solutions that align with the industry trends, network objectives & the company’s IT policies for managing data.
  • Analyze business needs & develop solutions for distance learning & database management technologies.
  • Ensure that all back-end integrations among primary learning technologies and supporting systems are in place and function correctly/as designed. Manage integration to back-end IT solutions between Audi Training & the corporate enterprise. Manage all data touch points together with VW, VCI & Group Services (e.g., SAP feeds, data warehouse).
  • Establish quality standards for web course delivery methods.  Guide Audi Training staff in the most appropriate online delivery solutions. Perform Quality Assurance on final learning products.
  • Interface with suppliers of Audi Training websites and applications to manage content, video on-demand & future technologies solutions.
  • Oversee supplier selection & project management for all learning technologies. Track, manage & control budgeted resources. Submit purchasing requisitions and ensure all Finance and Purchasing requirements are met to issue procurement orders.
  • Provide & maintain relevant process for learning technologies (LMS, database & tracking system, & all associated interfaces).  Perform system administrator functions for learning technologies.
  • Troubleshooting & content management for database, interfacing with VWoA internal IT department. Act as escalation point for certification resource center and downstream applications troubleshooting.

Qualification requirements

 

 

Certification Program Planning – 20% of time

 

  • Establish course registration guidelines and ensure timely publication of all events and sessions. Support attainment of annual certification requirements by monitoring completion against established benchmarks.
  • Create annual learning objectives for Audi Technical and Non-Technical Training teams.
  • Create and publish annual certification guide. Document and maintain training and certification requirements. Ensure that training requirements align with business requirements for optimum dealer network performance.
  • Establish curriculum inventory and indexing system. Ensure that all Audi Training content is updated and archived in a timely fashion.

 

Learning Program Support – 15% of time

 

  • Manage online evaluation strategy for Audi Training retail participants.
  • Create data analytics and insights strategy for Audi Training program. Establish benchmarks and work with vendors and suppliers to produce actionable, timely reporting.
  • Plan and support live learning events.

In the state of California, the salary range is $111,700.00 - $170,500.00.
In the state of Colorado, the salary range is $113,300 - $173,000. 
In the state of Washington, the salary range is $124,600 - $190,300. 
In New York City, the salary range is $136,000 - $207,600. 
In Westchester County, the salary range is $136,000 - $207,600. 
In the state of Rhode Island, the salary range is $113,300 - $173,000.
