Position Overview
The primary responsibility for this role is developing, executing, and optimizing Audi brand content to amplify brand love, awareness, and connection to the Canadian customer. Audi Canada is seeking a strategic content leader within the Brand Marketing team, reporting to the Manager, Brand Marketing, who will bring the Audi brand to life across owned channels. - Support the Brand marketing manager to grow and develop the Audi brand via
1) content to support brand, experiential and social initiatives,
2) administer media (paid and owned) initiatives to support brand.
- Oversee the development of brand content including strategy, management, execution and brand growth
- Agency Management – day-to-day management of the various agencies to develop the campaigns, evaluate the results, administration of the budget/fees/team hours, etc.; keeps the agencies accountable to their outputs
Content Strategy & Editorial Leadership
- Develop and own Audi Canada’s content strategy across all owned channels.
- Translate annual marketing priorities into channel-specific content plans.
- Create and manage the editorial calendar.
- Identify cultural moments, content opportunities and emerging trends relevant to Audi customers.
- Recommend new content franchises, recurring series and storytelling platforms.
Social Media Leadership
- Own the performance and evolution of Audi Canada’s social channels.
- Develop strategies to increase engagement, audience growth and brand relevance.
- Establish channel-specific content approaches and best practices.
- Lead reporting and optimization based on audience insights and channel performance.
Creator & Influencer Partnerships
- Identify and manage creator relationships.
- Develop creator programs aligned with Audi’s premium positioning.

- Build a scalable creator ecosystem that complements agency-led content production.
Website & CRM Content
- Lead content planning for http://Audi.ca.

Agency & Partner Management
- Work closely with creative, social and production agency partners.
- Develop content briefs and provide strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development
- Campaigns - support campaign development and communication assets to convey the brand and its products through digital platforms, social platforms, experiential activities and media & influencer partnerships
- Social Media - lead and execute a social media strategy that increases reach through followers and provides exciting/relevant branded content for Audi Canada; manage the agency who manages our social channels on a daily basis (eg. Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin); lead any social media issues/crises by working with other departments like product and customer relations to address customer issues on social media; manage the content on owned Audi Canada social channels
- Content studio - develop strategy that is real-time, reactive and relevant to the Canadian market. Tapping into news, activity and trends that support the brand locally.
- Influencer management - manage agency partners to identify and utilize social influencers to amplify our brand message to their audiences; includes hosting and briefing (eg. celebrities, influential people. thought leaders, etc.); car loan programs
- Website content - work with the digital platform team to direct brand and product content for audi.ca pages; including model page content, my Audi, Audi electric, Aftersales and CPO, Audi financial services, etc
- Experiential campaigns - leverage events, sponsorships and other experiential marketing activities (both locally and globally) in social media and digital channels
- Content team - lead and grow a direct to client agency creative team to develop communications that are relevant and meaningful to help elevate the brand (utilizing various channels - social media, digital, audi.ca, CRM and internal communications)
- Collaboration - be a key contact for brand marketing expertise at Audi Canada to provide directional support and content in other Audi departments for their departmental marketing efforts (eg. Aftersales, Product, New/Used car sales, etc.); build relations with key internal partners, AUDI AG, and Agency partners
Media
- Media - support the planning of campaign media to facilitate the content that is produced; ensuring campaign and brand KPIs are set and achieved to optimize our media channel mix
- Collaboration - collaborate with the Digital Media performance manager to develop deeper campaign insights and inform decisions on campaign effectiveness and efficiency. Be an enabler to content and media optomization.
- Metrics and KPIs - strong focus on managing and reporting on key metrics for platforms and campaigns. Work closely with central global team to complete reports on time, implement recommended campaign media tactics and opportunities
Budget
- Meticulously manage the brand marketing budget, keeping creative and media agency accountable to the budget
- Support the planning and implementation of production and media budgets to increase the equity of the brand; achieving positive ROI on all activities
- Support administration of budgets (PO creation, invoice processing; ensure tracking documents are updated, etc)
Qualifications
Formal Education
- Bachelor’s Degree- Major in Marketing and/or related discipline
Experience
- 6-10 years Event Marketing or relevent experience
- Experience working with extensive budget management; agency management; project management, organizational skills: Passion for cars and the (premium) automotive sector.
- Years of Supervisory Experience Required: 0-2
Additional Proficiencies
- Fluency in French is considered an asset
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset
