Brief Role Description
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Support day-to-day HR operations with a focus on payroll, wage tax, and occupational pension schemes
- Work with data using Excel
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Maintain employee data in SAP
- Conduct quality checks and error analyses
- Update information materials and our intranet
- Independently implement smaller HR projects
Qualification requirements

Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Structured and detail-oriented way of working

Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork

Initiative and a service-oriented mindset

Very good German and good English language skills
