YOUR TEAM
To support our HR Digitalization team, we are currently looking for a working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in implementing digital HR solutions and will be an integral part of the team that works on IT projects for our HR department.
The HR Digitalization team at CARIAD specializes in managing and optimizing HR systems. Our experts cover core operations, employee solutions, payroll solutions and data analytics. We support the organization’s strategic goals by ensuring seamless system operation by reaching the organization’s strategic HR objective with reliable digital solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
Support our IT projects by organizing and preparing meetings

Maintaining project documentation such as timelines, requirements and system documentation
-
Researching technical topics
-
Support the team in technical and operational task such as IT testing, data migration and creation of communication material
WHO YOU ARE
-
Enrolled student in the area of Computer Science, business informatics or similar
-
Solution oriented with the ability for analytical thinking

Technical driven with experience in IT

Strong in communication and teamwork
