YOUR TEAM

For the department "ADAS Steering" we are looking for a working student. The ADAS Steering department is responsible for the overarching division topics like strategy, committee steering, organizational structure, cross functional processes and more.  

Your main task will be the self-reliant implementation of internal communication activities for the approximately 1,300 international employees of the department. In addition, you will be able to provide operational support to the department in the various other coordination activities.
You will be part of a great team that will support you in all challenges during your time at CARIAD. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Internal committee steering: Preparation and alignment of the agenda; coordination of decisions and resubmissions; documentation and minutes recording 
  • Building the organizational structure in the planning tools (Confluence, Jira) 
  • Control of the department´s communication in the T3 ADAS/AD 
  • Steering and tracking of the committee preparations 
  • Overall support in organizing the steering department 
  • Part of the interface to all needed stakeholders  

WHO YOU ARE

  • Enrolled student in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieur or comparable  
  • Strong skills in MS Office and MS Teams, Jira, Confluence 
  • Structured way of working, strong analytical understanding, ability to work in a (remote-) team   
  • High degree of flexibility, proactive, structured and independent work, above-average commitment 
  • Confident communication with different stakeholders in English and German (oral and written) 

NICE TO KNOW

  • Remote work options within Germany 
  • Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years) 
  • 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week during the semester break 
  • Salary: 17,80€/hour
