YOUR TEAM

To support our VEMB steering team, we are currently looking for a working student. In your role, you will gain experience with modern approaches and methods and actively contribute to organizational development and learning initiatives.

As part of a team with highly experienced organizational developers and coaches, you will support the organization, planning and implementation of different formats and support change-related communication within the organization. You will be actively involved in the design and implementation of our Obeya Room pilot project. This room is designed to make risks visible at an early stage, to support data-based strategic and operational decisions and to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Actively support the continuous improvement of organizational development and training initiatives, with a focus on adult education
  • Contribute to increased transparency and the creation of well-founded decision-making bases for stakeholders
  • Be significantly involved in the further development of the Obeya Room as a transformation and learning space
  • Collaborate with various teams to design learning formats and communicate complex information in an understandable way
  • Co-designing the physical Obeya Room as a transformation and learning space with templates, data and visualizations (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Power BI,..)
  • Creation of presentations and training materials

WHO YOU ARE

  • Enrolled student in the area of industrial engineering, business, organizational development, adult education or a similar field (please specify the expected date of your graduation or end of enrollment)
  • Passion for working with people and interest in change and agile management
  • Talent for structuring and communicating complex information in a clear and accessible way
  • Curious, proactive and motivated to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and learning environments
  • Fluent in English and German (C1 or higher)
  • Independent working style, taking initiative and comfortable in working in a hybrid setup (60% on-site)
     

NICE TO KNOW

  • Remote work options within Germany
  • Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years)
  • 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
