YOUR TEAM

To support our ECU Integration & Test team withing the Compute Platform, we are currently looking for a working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in system integration of automotive computing platforms and will be an integral part of the team that works on delivering fully integrated and tested ECU solutions. The team focuses on the integration and validation of the ACP Software Platform (SWP) and its deployment on the ACP ECU. Key activities include preparing flashable software images, supporting system and integration testing, and delivering the ACP system as a fully validated hardware‑and‑software solution for system‑level deployment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the integration of hardware and software components of the ADAS compute platform
  • Assist in preparing, flashing, and validating Flashable Software Images on ADAS ECUs
  • Execute system integration tests for the ADAS Software Platform
  • Collaborate with software, hardware and verification & validation teams during integration phases
  • Assist in improving automation scripts and integration workflows (where applicable)

WHO YOU ARE

  • Enrolled student in the area of of computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a similar field of studies
  • Strong programming or scripting skills (e.g. Python, Shell) and familiarity with Linux terminal commands
  • Basic understanding of embedded systems, computer networking and automotive ECUs
  • Hands‑on mindset, clear communication, and willingness to learn in a technical team
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

NICE TO KNOW

  • The position requires regular onsite presence at our Ingolstadt office
  • Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years)
  • 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week during the semester break
  • Salary: 17,80€/hour
