WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Preparation and structuring of committee topics: Support the creation, preparation, and alignment / creation of materials for internal and cross-brand committees
  • Follow-up on topics and decisions: Systematically document, track, and follow up on open points, decisions, and actions in central tracking tools
  • Meeting coordination: Assist in planning and organizing committee meetings, including pre- and post-meeting preparation
  • Cross-functional coordination: Liaise with topic owners, departments, and project teams to ensure timely input and progress tracking
  • Process improvement: Contribute to the development and optimization of tools and processes for efficient committee and topic management

WHO YOU ARE

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Organizational Development, Communications, or a comparable field 
  • Structured, independent, and reliable way of working with a strong sense of ownership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with Confluence, Jira, or similar tools is a plus
  • Interest in corporate steering, governance, and strategic topic coordination
  • Good communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills 
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken 

NICE TO KNOW

  • Remote work options within Germany  

  • Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years) 

  • 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week during the semester break 

  • Salary: 17,80 €/hour
