YOUR TEAM
To support our Cloud Foundation & Operations team, we are currently looking for master student.
In your role you get first-hand experience in AI and Operations and will be an integral part of the team that works on Service Operation and Control.
Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction is our primary objective. Our operations model is based on a DevOps / System of systems culture.
We are looking for self-motivated, self-reliant and flexible new colleagues with a pioneering and innovative spirit to join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Research & Analysis: Explore current AIOps technologies and their applications in IT areas like incident management, monitoring, and automation
- Model Development: Design and implement models and algorithms for predicting, analyze and preventing IT issues and abnormalities
- Data Analysis & Processing: Analyze large datasets from various IT operations sources, such as log data and network traffic, to identify patterns for anomaly detection
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with IT, data science, and operations departments to gather requirements to develop solutions
- Documentation & Presentation: Produce a comprehensive thesis and regularly report progress and findings
WHO YOU ARE
- Enrolled student in a Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with machine learning, AI methods, Python and Java
- Basic knowledge of logging/monitoring platforms
- Knowledge of data analysis and processing
- Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical content.
- Independence & Teamwork: Self-driven and collaborative, with a strong team spirit.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
NICE TO KNOW
- Remote work options within Germany
- Duration: 6 months
- 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
