YOUR TEAM
To support our Central R&D Controlling team, we are currently looking for an intern or a working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in Controlling tasks and will be an integral part of the team that works on financial steering.
The Central R&D Controlling is responsible for the R&D financial planning processes including the support of relevant systems and the CARIAD license and pricing controlling. Therefore you will gain valuable knowledge and insights in the strategic, operative and budgeting planning within the automotive software industry, as well as understanding of the business model behind it in terms of license and pricing models.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Supporting and engaging in the offer, invoicing and accrual processes in close collaboration with our VW Group brand partners
- Supporting the regular license revenue calculation and reporting process for the respective planning rounds, budget and forecasting
- Support and maintenance tasks within the finance system landscape, esp. SAP S/4HANA, BCS
- Support for operational, procedural and system aspects of various financial processes, particularly the R&D budget and forecast process
- Preparation and maintenance of documents and data using MS Office tools, such as PowerPoint and Excel
WHO YOU ARE
- Enrolled student in the field of Business Administration, Economics, or similar (please specify the expected date of your graduation or end of enrollment)
- First practical experience, interest and passion for finance and management topics and projects
- Proficient English or German skills in both speaking and writing
- Enjoyment of working in a team and with various stakeholders and employees
- Independent and structured way of working
- Above-average commitment and flexibility
NICE TO KNOW
- Remote work options within Germany
- Internship:
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- 35-hour weeks
- Working Student:
- Duration: 6 months
- 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
