YOUR TEAM

To support our Delivery Management team, we are currently looking for an intern or a working student. In your role you will get first-hand experience in Data driven Defect Management and will be an integral part of the team that works on Connect & Cloud System. You will be responsible to develop an AI Driven Error Management Assistant capable of analyzing traces and providing ticket pre-analysis. In this will you will help to accelerate the development of the connect & cloud ecosystem for the Volkswagen Group including all connected car features, vehicle connectivity, extensive cloud platforms, and a powerful data platform. We can also offer you to write your thesis on an exciting topic in the field Error Management.

As part of the delivery management team for connect & cloud, we ensure the delivery of the connect & cloud ecosystem to our brand customers like VW, Audi, and Porsche. Our team oversees software project management, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery of the overall system. A key aspect of this role involves error management, including governance of processes and steering of ticket burn-down to ensure customer-ready software. Utilizing AI-driven ticket pre-analysis, we accelerate ticket resolution, making a tangible impact on our projects.

WHAT YOU WLL DO

  • Develop an AI-driven error ticket assistant capable of analyzing traces and providing ticket pre-analysis.

  • Program use-cases and integrate them into the development process, including the user interface. 

  • Collaborate closely with development teams, experts, and project management to implement the error management assistant.

  • Utilize Databricks to build and maintain the architecture for the error ticket assistant.

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of the AI-driven solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a strong background in programming with knowledge in AI and machine learning

  • You have experience working with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • You have knowledge of JIRA, including JQL queries and REST API integration.

  • You have basic knowledge and a keen interest in project management.

  • You are a team player and havestrong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical concepts.

  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to tackle challenges head-on.

  • You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
