YOUR TEAM

To support our “ADAS/AD Predevelopment” team, we are currently looking for an intern or thesis student. Our department develops software for autonomous driving in urban environments. Within this department, we are a team of ambitious, highly motivated experts in environmental perception for self-driving vehicles.

  • Summarize research literature related to your research project
  • Develop and prototype algorithmic ideas that improve safety-critical perception by incorporating feedback from downstream modules such as motion forecasting
    and planning
  • Design and implement evaluation metrics that translate perception errors into physically meaningful safety costs - going beyond standard mAP/recall
  • Conduct comprehensive experiments on internal as well as public datasets

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in computer science, machine learning, automotive engineering,
robotics, electrical engineering or similar field.
• Solid theoretical and practical foundations in computer vision, machine learning,

• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn, PytorchGeometric)
• Structured and independent work, above-average commitment and flexibility is
highly expected.
• Strong communication skills and analytical understanding
