YOUR TEAM

To support our Proactive Occupant Protection team, we are currently looking for an Intern. In your role you get first-hand experience in ADAS/ Predictive Safety Function and will be an integral part of the team that works on shaping the future of occupant protection, making traffic safer for everyone.

We develop next generation predictive safety functions in the trendsetting field of ADAS. Our holistic engineering responsibility enables the seamless development of our function - from the initial concept board, through technical implementation, all the way to experiencing it in a prototype vehicle. Our highly motivated team works in an interdisciplinary, networked and agile environment. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide support for the development and validation of proactive occupant protection functions
  • Accompany the engineering process along the left side of the V-model, from requirements analysis to concept and design
  • Create proofs of concept for virtual testing of safety-related functions
  • Design and model simulation scenarios
  • Develop script-based tools for data analysis and automation

WHO YOU ARE

  • Enrolled student in the area of MINT
  • Good knowledge of programming language (C, C++ and Python preferred)
  • Experience with the simulation environment IPG CarMaker is an advantage
  • Knowledge of vehicle and control technology is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
  • Fluent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken)
  • High level of own initiative, self-management and team orientation

NICE TO KNOW

  • Remote work options within Germany
  • Duration: 3 - 6 months
  • 35 h/week
  • Salary: 12,82€/hour
