Brief Role Description
Become part of our team at Volkswagen Group Innovation, where we bring state-of-the-art methods to automotive design, plan future technologies and turn them into reality. As part of Volkswagen Group Innovation, we contribute to various mobility innovations through an interdisciplinary working environment. With three innovation centers in Europe, Asia and the US, we use local expertise to find solutions ranging from international to local. In this internship, you will be part of a team that works on various topics in an interdisciplinary manner and you will have the opportunity to improve both your soft skills and your professional skills. Your job is to investigate the proper evaluation metrics for measuring the performance of AI-agents. We are looking for a proactive and committed individual with a strong interest in computational linguistic and its agentic AI applications.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Develop, analyze and evaluate Agents in different use cases with a focus on practical applicability and performance
- Explore quantitative and qualitative methods for performance evaluation of agents
- Work with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph for the design, orchestration, and optimization of intelligent agent workflows
Qualification requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistic or a related field
- Strong coding skills in Python
- Proficiency in AI concepts and their applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attentian to detail
- English language level B2
